Why do you have everything that I want
The wood on the top of the foreend does not seem to be a 100% feature on these rifles
The old pre WWII does not seem to have it and the "newer" ones do.
I do like the round pistol grip

Just how old school I will make mine I do not know.

Long rifle = like a lady with a long lean athletic body strong and agile

If you can find a copy somehow, John Speed's wonderful book, "Original Oberndorf Sporting Rifles" has a drawing of the rare "Special African Model" on page 117, plus photos on page 118.

An interesting rifle, and exceedingly rare........
