MJinesWeather Report from Harare: Cold and Sunshine
Cold here in Harare, but with beautiful sunshine. There was frost yesterday morning in Jo'burg. Should have brought a coat.
Loading up the truck and will be headed out in about an hour. Off to Dande and then Moz to hunt a lioness, buffalo, hippo and croc.
Will report back in a couple of weeks.

bwanamrmDamn as I sit here in 95 degree heat and 95% humidity all I can think of to say is... I am jealous, very jealous!
Good Luck Mike!

Good luck! Frost does sound nice when it's been near 100 here in Houston. Keep us posted and looking forward to getting together when you return. Bob

MJinesBack in Harare. Still clear and cold.
Had a great hunt. We successfully hunted a buffalo bull (huge boss almost fully fused in the middle), buffalo cow, bushbuck (15"+), hyena, baboon, lioness, hippo (huge bodied with 27"+ tushes) and croc (13'6"). Croc and hippo hunts were both stalking hunts wandering through waist deep croc-invested water. Buffalo bull was a huge helmet head bull. Lioness was the highlight, caught near a bait on a stalk through a sand river.
Camp was incredible. Lions, elephant, hyena literally in camp at night. Nothing like a pair of male lions roaring outside your chalet in the morning.
Great hunt, details to follow.
Thanks Buzz and team.
