I moved into my new villa in Dubai last week. I had to be in the office when the removal company were packing up the old villa and when the time came to remove the kudu shoulder mount from the wall above the stair they seriously underestimated the weight and balance, and set one wafer-thin Indian guy on a set of steps to the task. The inevitable happened and the kudu fell 15 feet to the hard floor below. The damage sustained is a split in the rear of the one ear, which isn't really noticeable, and both horns broke off the "horn bones".

Does anyone have any advice on what products to use to refix the horns and the ear skin in place? I'm pretty sure there is no Taxidermy shop here in Dubai, but we do have a large Ace!

You can use JB Weld epoxy. Mix the 2 tubes and apply on the inside of horn. It must be held in place until it is dried. Try to get the fast drying type , about 30 minutes . I am not an expert , so you may ask this in the taxidermy forum. Best of luck

I would want more support than just a glue by itself. If possible, drill out both ends of the break and insert a section of threaded rod or other metal "pin" then glue with a strong 5 minute epoxy. Be careful to reset at the proper angle.
