What is the best online source for news about Southern Africa?

The ones I have viewed seem over the top. Is there a Fair and Balanced website available?

For sure, Ben, if you are looking for serious news from Africa that includes Southern Africa, then www.allafrica.com that Bill posted above, is a winner.

For more specific and detailed information, try the websites of two South African English-language newspapers:

Business Day -- www.bdlive.co.za

and,

The Independent -- www.IOL.co.za
(There's a Sunday Independent that gives a good summary of events, too -- www.IOL.co.za/sundayindependent )
