The Hornady .375" 220 GR Flat Point was designed for the .375 Winchester cartridge.

In the .375 Winchester, that bullet is loaded to about 2200 fps (see http://www.hodgdon.com/data/rifle/375win.php ). It should work as a reduced velocity load in the .375 H&H but I haven't tried it. I have read a few magazine articles on the .375 H&H where the authors talk about using this bullet to download a .375 H&H to .375 Win ballistics for deer (woods hunting).
