I am interested in comments on L1. Has anyone hunted there? How good of an area is L1 in respect to buffalo?

I take it L1 is not that great.

Thornell, I hunted L1, last September with a buddy. PH was Keith Hakes ( with Don Bower ). Good concession as far as we were concerned. We took 3 representative buff, zebra, 2 hartebeast. Pursued but did not see any decent impala. Saw plenty of game including ele, lion,wildebeast( very wary) eland, kudo, crocs. If you want more info, holler.
