TLion Hunt Available in Charara
Dear all
A lion has become available in the Charara safari area, Kariba. Do you know of any hunters that might be interested?
Available for baits: hippo, buffalo cow, tuskless elephant and zebra.
We do have a discount costing for this hunt $800 per day @ 18 days $14 400
Lion trophy fee $ 5000
Total $19 400
There is a good chance of getting this lion. Another company tried to hunt a lion in Charara last month. On the 13th day of the hunt the male come into the bait (buffalo cow) and managed to break the bait loose. The pride ate all the meat and did not return. Big mistake by the PH.
This is a real deal.
Cheers
Norman

The only way you will bag that lion is if Evan drags you around by the hand !
I ran into the two texans on the plane but was not able to get any details of their plight but I think they spend the night in jail. Actually that is a pretty good place for a Texan.

Who is Evan?

I was under the impression that the note offering the lion hunt was written by Norman Crooks of Pro-Safaris.
Norman Crooks would know who Evan is and Norman would know the full meaning of my note.

Bwana BundukiPerhaps instead, you should enlighten us. This casts a bit of a pall on the offer which seems sincere.

If only Norman was intended to get your meaning, a PM might have been the smart way to go. Since you have brought it out in public, it might be nice to clarify just what you are trying to say here - other than the fact you don't seem to like Texans.

GanyanaI think it was a remark about our highest quality PH

Evan Makazna - who has never been anywhere near an exam and has a political license. The best thing about the lad is you know any area he is hunting is going to have lots of left over quota for the small operators to pick up at the end of the season!
If Norman is taking the Hunt, you are in good hands.

Jerry HuffakerWoody,
Your post was out of line you need to delete it, this was a legitimate offer from a great PH and your vague post will make people wonder about it.

Die Ou Jagterwolarry, you must be stupid to not see Norm sent the message to Terry (his agent) and Terry posted it here. I agree with Jerrry as to Normans credentials.

Ganyana fully explained the note which I set forth. Evan is to avoided in any circumstances which involve hunting.
Norman Crooks is first rate. A PH which I requested on a recent bull hunt. Sucess with a nice hard boss bull in two days.
For those of you which did not understand my note, the story is too long to relate on this web site.
