CthunterTanzania Plains Animal Hunt
Has anyone hunted in Masiland for plains animals? Four of us are starting to plan a hunt for 2007. Any recommendation on a good outfiter or PH? Dave

We can offer you a plains game hunt to include the unique east African species in our Masialand areas. This hunt is less expensive than hunting cats but is much more expensive than your standard plains game hunt in southern Africa. On the other hand you won't find a genenuk, Thompson's gazelle, Grant's gazelle, fringe eared oryx etc. in RSA or Namibia.
Contact me anytime for more details.

MARK H. YOUNGTBG,
I hear what you say on the Nyasa wildebeest as I need one myself. I've just not been able to justify booking a safari in the Selous or adjoining areas just to pick one up.

huntinbuddyIf I was going to Tanzania, I would certianly look for a Grant's and Thomson's Gazelle. To me, they are two of the most beautiful animals in Africa and remarkably cheap if you happen to be in their limited range.
