Anybody know where I can get either cassettes or CD's with the sounds of roaring lions?

I do not know if this is what you are looking for, but The Ultimate Field Guide CD from African Hunter Magazine has all the calls made by the larger African animals.

Follow this link, you can download 3 or 4 different lion sounds for free. If you are computer literate you can burn your own cd.
