OK-- realize this has been dissed a bit before but have just made the plane reservations for Dallas --- was not sure I could make the trip but looks like I am good to go --- thus would appreciate guidance on the hotel issue.

Since you are flying in I would try the host Hotel or one very close.

p.s. bring something for the rain, it rains or snows every year.
