DennisHPCape Buff "Heart Bone"
In reading "Nyati", it mentions and shows a picture of a buffalo's "heart bone". I'd never heard of them and thought it interesting I'd never read anything about them here either. I assume it is not something anyone would think of as a "trophy" item?

Greg RI have the heart bone from my last buff. It makes an interesting conversation piece, but I can't seem to remember where the hell I left it last.

WyocowboyshooterIt's reffered to as
Os cardis in Latin. This occurs in all bovine species of mature age. Bacically, calcium deposits in the cardiac muscle ossify with age and form a "bone".
