ceweLeaving on Monday
Hi,
Pretty soon I can start counting the hours until I leave for Namibia! I´m off on the 10:th for a two week stay.
This will be my first time in Namibia so if anyone has any last minute advice please give it now

CunninghamRemember its like a candy store.
Before I left on my first safari along time ago the fellow who set up my trip for me told me to take as much cash with me as I could. Boy was he ever right.

Not a kidney, do you have any extra vertebral bone for a graft?

Take some reading glasses as the immigration paperwork has very fine print (unless it has been changed recently). Fill out your firearms and ammunition import permit in advance if you are taking your own (you have probably done that already).
Good luck, good hunting, and have a great trip!

Like my wife always tells me when I'm off on a hunt, " Remember, have a good time."

AtticusBring some sun block and be prepared for HEAT! My wife and I just returned from a great hunt in Namibia, it was 120 degrees every day with not a cloud in the sky! It did cool down at night to about 65. Have a great trip.

ceweI started packing tonight and I can´t believe all the crap I have! Not a whole lot of clothes but batteries, electronic junk (that I seem to need), meds and presents and crap.
I usually leave a lot of stuff behind.
No time for anxiety though as I´m hunting elk tomorrow!
