Hey all,

Does Woodleigh have their own reloading manual? I'm looking for load ideas for their 500gr .458" PP in my #1 .458 Win Mag.

If any of you have any suggestions it would be appreciated. This is a fairly sleek bullet profile (very similar to the Swift A-Frame) and I'd like to experiment with it a bit.

Woodleighs work fine with about any reloading manual on the market...

Geoff McDonald gave me the following load:

74 Grains of Hodgdon Varget
500 grain bullet
2150 FPS
48,100 C.U.P.

I have not tried this load yet as I am developing a load for my GS Custom Flat Nose Solids at this time.
