Kathi, again you provide a wonderful post. I had the great pleasure of encountering a pangolin in SA one day. We picked it up, held and examined it and, of course, let it go with a gentle pat on the derriere. On the same trip I found a lovely little carving of a pangolin, which is now in my trophy room. Great memories. Africa is so much more than hunting.
