hunters beware of WORLDWIDE LOGISTICS
anyone planning to have trophies shipped from zim or south africa be warned that WORLDWIDE LOGISTICS
and DENISE CREIGHTON are not to be trusted.

they quote their " best price " ....until you show them another quote. then they modify their quote to seem competitive but get this. they quoted airfreight from jo'berg to chicago. then instead they shipped by air to atlanta and on to chicago by truck !! would you pay air rates for a truck shipment ?

there has been a deafening silence from them when i pointed this out. not to be trusted !

once they get their hands on your freight you are at their mercy. save yourself time, money and aggravation - deal with a reputable freight forwarder.

Actually I had a nighmare with them also. I went to Zim in 2003 and had a crate with horns and capes for two eland, kudu, zebra, steenbuck, warthog, baboon, impala and blue wildebeest. It cost me $642 to get it home. I went again in 2005 and when I finally got my trophies (two buffalo capes and horns only)in late 2007 it cost me $1950. The second shipment cost me three times the money for 1/3 of the weight. DHL handled them for me the first time and Worldwide Logistics got their hands in it the second trip. It also seemed like everyone in Zim got a "handling fee". Also, they told me I HAD to use somebody like Coppersmith or Flora and Fauna. After it was all said and done, I was complaining that I cleared my first shipment in 2003 and save the money, they said "Well you could have this time if you wanted to". This was after two lengthy conversations about it. I feel the rip too.
