Stryker225Look at this video I found...
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JkktYS-TBQ8what do you guys think? Those dudes with the spears are poachers right?
I think I'd rather kill the animals with a rifle, a lot more humane than bleeding the things with spears.
look at how they went after the cape buffaloes! I think there are at least a few wounded cape buffs that got away..

T_RussellRegarding the animals, the bullet is nice and clean. The spear and the sword was the only way it was done for thousands of years. To most of us the fight and blood is shocking but along with drowning and suffocation (crocs and the cats sometimes)it is how most animals die in Africa.
Regarding the people, who knows what we are looking at there. Africa is a very very hard place.

Frans DiepstratenSeems to me all those spears look very much alike, almost factory-issue. How come we've never seen something like this before? And what are those weird images of apparent dead people, shooting at helicopters, etc. doing in there?

RayRayI put this up a few weeks ago. The pile of bodies at the end was the result of a civil war in Zanzebar (sp). Do a search for "Intense African Video" for the full scoop.
Youtubes added publicity from the Google merger seems to have made it even more popular than before, this video keeps popping back up. Can you believe it 1.65 billion, thats with a B, wow!
