A few threads ago there was a topic, "Planning Ahead". Well here is an example of a pleasant surprise from KNOWING whom one is going to hunt with well in advance.
There was an episode of 'Africa's Big 5' Dangerous Game on the tube tonight. To my amazement.....it was the PH I am hunting with come next April in Bots. Graeme Pollock (Owner of Safari Botswana Bound), he was hunting Elephant and Buff with a couple of clients.
They took fine trophies.....and looked to have a grand old time.
But the BIGGER surprize was the client he was hunting with. It was a man I hunted with in New Zealand back in the year 2000. I had totally lost track of him.
So, here it is......my upcoming PH....hunting with an old friend......enjoying a great hunt and harvesting great trophies......out of a great destination.
I am absolutely counting the days until next April. If you get the chance watch the show on the replay.
