Is Gracy Travel open??

Hello all, I probably should have come to this site and forum to ask this question long ago but they way the world is right now, I was undecided. I have had a Namibian Safari booked since 2019 for my son's graduation gift. I have emailed and called Gracy travel with no response back. Their answering machine always gives the same answer that they are on lunch break. Have I missed some information that they have closed? Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, they are open, do have some staggered hours but they have booked one leg of my trip and are working on the paper work.

I have tried calling multiple days and times and always get a message that they are on their lunch. I have left 2 voicemails and 2 emails with no luck. I sent an email today to ischristy@gracytravel.com that came back that the address could not be found. I don't say this to cast disparaging light on Gracy but I am asking for help if some could pm an email or phone number where I could get ahold of someone at their office. Maybe I have old information?

I have had no trouble talking to Debbi. She has booked 2 safaries for me for this year and I have talked with her 3 or 4x this week..She has always been of great service..jm

Doug Gray at Gracey has done all my bookings for the last nine years. All excellent and fast response. And Gracey has Bruce on the ground at JNB to do any troubleshooting on that side.....lost luggage help in SAPS with gun permits.

I've made 20 some odd trips and that's who I use.

Kathi has booked all our friends hunting in Africa.

She has always done a fantastic job.

A few weeks ago I got an email from an old friend I knew In Houston 40 years ago!

He booked a hunt, and was informed to look at AR for ant relevant information.

Found out who I was and got in touch with me.

He is flying through Dubai in June, and we plan on meeting.

What a small world we live in.
