Marxism and Fascism are really opposites, but in the end they often arrive at the same place.
Theoretically, under marxism the state exist to serve the people, and under fascism the people exist to serve the state. Zimbabwe is a dictatorship. The state isn't doing anything for the people. There is no central planning, apart from planning how to rob wealth from the remaining white people,....or planning how to beg for help from western governments.
