there is a new PH/Outfitter association in South Africa.
KZNHCA www.kznhunters.co.za is an old (53yr) established hunting association in SA. they have nearly 3000 members, most of whom are amateur hunters, but there was a strong presence of professionals within the ranks. A decision was made as a result of the dictates of the Firearms Control Act to accomodate these members and any others wishing to find a home.
The accreditation application with the governmnet was lodged and subsequently approved.

Any licenced and registered PH or outfitter can join. All members are governed by the association rules and codes of conduct.

What will the relationship be to PHASA, if any?

KZNHCA has always had an open friendly and professional relationship with PHASA and this will continue. It is about hunting, wildlife and the welfare of members.
