Importing a Lion into Bulgaria

I need some help answering a question a client asked me.

Can you import a trophy Lion into Bulgaria from Zambia?

Getting into the EU as of now is not an issue from Zambia. A lot of EU clients are having their trophies sent to Hamburg and then onward from there. Your client needs to do some research on the on the "how" from Hamburg to Bulgaria.
