another day in Hunters paradise
Just returned from a night out in the interior of the Mozambican Niassa Reserve Hunting Block B and just sitting by the pool at the main Lodge checking Emails and watching three Elephant down on the island in front of camp.

I am so jealous

I have walked in the foot prints of the elephant, listened to lion roar and met the buffalo on his turf. I shall never be the same.

Ispent a month hunting Niassa a short time ago -- a very successful hunt, but I was frustrated at not being able to take one of those gorgeous Mozambique Elephants. Just another of a long list of frustrations with the USF&WS.

To my eye, the long slender tusks of the Moz Elephant are among the most impressive of big game trophies.

When you get bored with life, start hunting dangerous game with a handgun.

Fine by me but some on AR would argue we just have to watch them all other animals go away.

Yeah-- rub it in --- you're playing with elephants and big bore rifles and I'm playing with shovels, trimming bars and sewer lines that run through pool excavations.
How about a few photos for the boys back home?
