Safari2Magoe Game Park - Tete Province Mozambique
Just read where a new national park in the Tete Province was declared in October of this year. Called the Magoe NP on the south bank of Cabora Bassa..350,000 hectares. Sounds like it adjoins or incorporates some of Simon Rogers area.
Anyone have any more info on this and/or spoken with Simon recently?

Have you spoken with Simon recently? If I remember correctly you are booked again for next year.

Ackley Improved UserYes, I've recently discussed Renamo with him - he referred to it as "... a problem at the other end of the country..." I've emailed him about Magoe, but I doubt it will affect his operation. In fact, I think it would be beneficial to have a NP nearby. Regards, AIU

Ackley Improved UserNo, I didn't discuss that - besides I'm sure he'd be positive. It is a business. AIU
