Top Ten Things I Have Learned About Aussies
Good point Mike. And Matt, my experience is that Aussies and Texans are not necessarily favorably inclined toward government in general or the current administration in particular, regardless of who that might be. That's what makes for good mates; similar views on politics and beer.

Unfortunately this only applies to Aussies who hunt - the city dwellers are quite likely to be vegans who vote for the Greens. And no prizes for guessing who's in the majority.

It's a crying shame. Frowner

There we go, although not "'Strane," this could help.

It's not "strane", it's "strine". As for Foster's Lager, well, they might want to pour it back into the horse. In spite of that, I still like their company.

I have heard it said of the Aussies in Viet Nam, that the only problem with them was that there weren't more of them.

hard to imagine higher praise.

Perhaps in the city but if you get out in the rural and regional areas across the country you will find that that isnt the case.... not just hunters either.

What the bloody hell are you all on about.

We drink any thing.

Can not remember how many beer's. Yep what ever was in the eskie.

Had a little think, we only had 8 1/2 bottles of scotch on the last trip.

For me and the wife, but the was also a Zim PH giving us a hand.

So don't leave the PH out. They usually give it a good crack.

But you know we were there for 11 day's and it was 40 to 50 deg C.
