I use Sportsman's Insurance Agency, Inc. (SIAI) Safari Club recommends them and I have used them for years. Fortunately, I have not had to make a claim, so can't personally say anything about that.

They are very reasonable compared to insuring through my homeowner's policy.

I've used Corvens for years. Which reminds me I need to call and add my Verney Carron to the policy.

Larry, maybe that's why I just deleted some the rifles from my policy!

I compared coverages and went with Core-Vens. Comprehensive and affordable to boot. BTW, Core-Vens is the agent; the insurer is Travelers.

I insure mine through my AAA homeowner's insurance. Like jewelry, the standard policy is very limited in terms of coverage. However, both jewelry and firearms riders are available at a very reasonable cost. My coverage cost is $7 per thousand.

Last year I checked a number of other well known insurers and could not find any offering a firearms rider.
