elkfitterAlmost Packed
Thanks to all the help and advice from AR members my first Namibia trip is near. The wife and I leave Mon 5/14. Now how do I get some sleep for the next five nights?
elkfitter
How do you get sleep for the next five nights? That is easy - Ambien and a healthy dose of Bushmill's Irish whiskey (worked for me anyhow).
Good luck on your trip. we will all be looking forward to a detailed report when you return and remember to take three times as many photos as you think you should.

Use Enough GunThe best to you and your wife on your trip to Namibia. My wife and I will be there in 60 days. This will be my wife's third trip to Africa and I can honestly say that she enjoys going just as much as I do! Enjoy every second of it!

martinbns53 more sleeps for my son and I to South Africa. I am already having trouble concentrating at work.
I've got 35 more days to grind it out for my first trip to S.A. . I don't know how you can stand it. I can't hardly think of anything else.
Best of luck and have a safe trip

Dulcinea31 and counting(oh so slowly).
JTEX, you are in big trouble. Very seldom will a day go by the rest of your life where you will not think about your first trip to Africa.
My wife said today,"I don't think I could take this anticipation more thsn once every 3 or 4 years".
