Vaccine QR code for South Africa

Anyone traveled to SA recently and obtained a QR code document for proof of vaccination? I am having difficulty finding a way to do it and verify it works.

I went to my local Dr office where all my records are, and they printed it out for me with a QR code.

Remember, forgivness is easier to get than permission.
