I cannot believe that anybody would actually DO that! I hope that lions do get these two before they add to the gene pool!

I was flipping thru channels last week and saw the guy's from MTV's "Jackass" in a hammock suspended about 10' off the groung with strings hanging down with chunks of meat. In Africa, at night. The lions came and were jumping up and grabbing the meat and the hammock. They eventually tipped these two idiots out, but the lions sort of scattered when they hit the ground. The two got up and ran to a hunting car laughing like idiots. Did anyone else catch this?

The show is called Wild Boys and that is where the above clip originated from. They did quite a few things in Africa that season including jumping out of the truck and playing keep away with a roast while Hyena's tried to snag it from them, they also went out of Cape Town on a shark trip and as a Great White came swimming by the boat about 6' under water they jumped on top of it I have to admit I found the show pretty amusing. They even had one where they were in Alaska around some brownies that were fishing. Steve dressed up in a black bear costume and waded right into the river with the other bears. I think the quote was "it's not often that a black bear will fight with a brown bear, but if I have to I will".

Yeah, my kids think it's a pretty funny show, even though they recognize the very serious dangers that these ass/idiots involve themselves in. And, the wild boys really act like imbeciles. I'm waiting, though, for the show where they get killed. I was surprised when they didn't get killed or severely mauled in the one episode where they were taunting a pride of lions while laying above them in hammocks. Once the lions knocked them out of the hammocks, they started to get religion real quickly. When they were back to safety then they became ass/idiots again.
