If that is the government's stance it will be interesting to see if the auction will be restricted to locally registered hunting companies or will participation be extended to outsiders.

ijlIn Africa everyone who is not getting baksheesh automatically assumes everyone else is, hence everyone is always either paranoid or disgruntled. Great way to go through life.
The real question is where funding for conservation efforts is going to come from if the hunting boat is rocked. Not from the activists, for certain.
