fulvioThe dreaded "Siafu" ants most always have the tendency to reach crotch area until one among them gives the signal and yes, stripping down to zero is the only way to handle the disastrous situation.

30.06kingMany thanks for the pics of Greg's Bushbuck Saeed. The photos are great. Always enjoy checking out Bushbuck pics and Buff too. Everybody seems to be hitting their stride now with a few animals getting into the salt.
Will Tony go looking for a Buff as well ?

SaeedChased all sorts of animals all morning, without any luck.
Lots of rain, and we were perfect examples of drowned rats!
At 2 in the afternoon we met with three buffalo bulls feeding.
In a few minutes they were all on the ground.
As I shot the first one, he dropped.
His friend started horning him.
I dropped this next to him, and the third followed.
The rest of the team were not so lucky.
We tried the HIKMICRO binoculars, and the results were fantastic as you can see with the elephant photo.
Slow motion pictures extracted from the video of the crocodile.

Greg jumped off the breakfast table and ran out.

fulvioYou must have had some passing showers for the whistling thorns to sprout flowers which also produce a pleasant fragrance to the surroundings.

DLSThose frames of shooting the croc are very interesting, great capture on those pictures. It’s been pretty epic so far, can’t wait to see how the 2nd half goes.

jdollarA friend of mine shot a croc in TZ years ago. His videographer captured the shot. He blew the top of the croc’s head literally to pieces with fragments flying everywhere. Croc kicked in to the water, never to be found.

SaeedBeen looking at the 3 buffalo yesterday.
48 seconds from the first shot to the last shot of all three down!!
A recovery operation is on the way.
We had to leave them, as it was late and a road had to be cut to recover them.
800 meters from the closest road access.
Alan is taking the tractor to help in the recovery.
