Wendell ReichTotal $10,000 (+/-) (estimate)
R/T air from US ($2000)
Day rate ($3750)
Trophy fee ($3000)
Road transfer into hunting area ($600)
tips ($500)
2% gov levy ($135)
Add $1000 more if you have to take a charter.
So, $10,000 to $11,000 for a 5-day Cow Elephant hunt.
Might as well add another $6885 and add another 5-days and shoot a second Cow Elephant while you are there.

Because tackling cow herds has a much increased pucker factor over a bull hunt.
