Going there for a few days after our hunt this summer -- any suggestions?

There's a hotel right on the main beach on the "MOLE" (breakwater). I think it's called the Beach or Strand Hotel. It's been plenty of years since I was last there so the place may have gone to pot by now.

Beach Lodge is nice....

We stayed at the Hotel Swakopmund (the old train station) and it is great! I hear Brad Pitt and Jo Lea have rented the whole hotel for the birth of new baby etc.
