Hi any success or horror stories on flying with a 505 Gibbs rifle and ammunition to Africa? Do's and don'ts?

In 2006 I overnighted in Joberg and went on to Tanzania and back with no problems with my 505 Gibbs and ammo.

Is there something new going on regarding the 505 Gibbs???
