Gentlemen i would appreciatte your help regarding this excellent french PH guns .I know he carried a custom 416 a double and a glock but i need more details .Im working in an article for argentine Magnum magazine so any help is welcomed .

The double is a Krieghoff 500 NE due to Peter Flack's writings on the net. Sorry but no idea re 416. Looking at his armory a Blaser might be fitting....why not ask him, he is on FB.

Jaeger sadly Geoffroy ,died a year ago of a heart attack in South Asia where he was conducting photo safari and rain forest expeditions .He had to abandon Congo after killing a poacher and several attacks by poachers to Mayo Oldiri camps .

I see, sad news. I remember the article where he had to shoot the poacher and the Glock was mentioned. You may check on 416 Rigby, most of the information on the web is from well- known hunter Peter Flack from RSA who is known for carrying a Brno 416, maybe this created a bit of a confusion.

We filmed him in the second season of Tracks Across Africa on a bongo hunt. Vert interesting guy. Knew about the problems and relocation, did not know about his passing. Sad to hear.
