Coppersmith to Dallas?

Has anyone used Coppersmith to handle trophies to Dallas in the last year or so?

I have used them several times in the past with great luck, but in 2010 they seemed overwhelmed. New people working there, mis-communications and slow handling of things.

Just wondering if they got organized.
