I get many people coming to shoot in our underground shooting range.

And every now and then someone comes up with something that defies any logic.

Among the visitors were some young girls.

All qualified out of college and having useful jobs.

After shooting, they were looking around asking questions.

Then one looked at a bunch of brass brushes we use for barrel cleaning.

I have made a sort of tray like loading blocks in which these were sticking out.

The girl announced to the others - her boyfriend was in the military as a machine gunner, she mentioned this earlier.

She wasn’t impressed when I said machine gunners are not good shots.

We call them SPRAY AND PRAY

Any, she was telling her friends that those - brushes - were some bullets that spin when they are fired!

I said “wow! You are a GENIUS!”

She said “thank you” with a big smile.

I said “and you are not even blonde!”

One of the other girls, a friends daughter who I have known since childhood, who was blonde and knows my sense of humor, burst out laughing.

She said to her friends “he means you are dumber than me!”

Everyone was crying with laughter!

One of the boyfriends, who is a member of the special forces in a European country, said “I WARNED you about HIM! No bloody political correctness here!”

After the shoot we went out to look at the animals.

The non blonde girl said “I am not sure to believe anything he tells me now!”

I said “Join the club!”

They booked another shooting session next weekend!

Sound like you have a built in comedy club.

That is true!

But it has never occurred to me that anyone would mistake a barrel brush for a bullet.

And the twists on it making it spin!

Hahahaha! Were they shooting poorly or were you using your NO MISS bullets?

Next thing we hear will be next weekend when the girl returns and Saeed has screwed .22 brushes into the front of some ammunition and tells her to shoot them to see if they improve her accuracy!

I think I will try a good trick I have used before.

I have 22 rim fire power tool ammo.

I use this in revolvers on those who I want to lose!

Tried it first time on one of my brothers!
