OLN Shows

As a matter of interest did anyone see the OLN Dangerous Series that was aired about a month ago - we hosted the elephant shows and some of the plainsgame shows with Beretta in the Save Valley Conservancy and haven't had a chance to see them yet. What did you think of them?

They were all well-made and I enjoyed them very much. My least favorite was the brown bear hunt. Done in two episodes and all OLN does is how the first half all the time. I would very much like to see the elephant show again, but I've only seen it once. jorge

Jonathon, The one I saw with the elephant I enjoyed it very much. I liked the way they told it like it was and not try to cover up or edit out a less than perfect shots.

Well, let me be the first one to say that I thought the Brown Bear show was OK. Not "great", but OK. It certainly wasn't as intertaining or annoying as watching Cindy Garrison. (I'm absolutely fascinated and irritated simultaneously by her). I do like Doug, though. His personality and professionalism (at least on-screen) make him seem like the consumate professional.

She's just hyper what's wrong with that.

I wouldnt mind having her around. Actually I diont mind watching her at all. I think you guys are exaggariting the annoying factor of her honestly.
Now Tred Barta on the other hand or whatever his name is I cant stand.

Amen to that on Barta! I can't believe anyone would buy his show to put on TV and pay to sponsor it.

Now, see? I like Tred's "intensity". But, then, I spent the first 38 years of my life around Chicago. They've got some "intense" guys there, too!

And about Cindy: just remember, you only spend 24-26 minutes a week with her. I guess I could put up with her for that long!

Ther was a show on last night that featured a lady bowhunter and her husband hunting whitetail deer.The lady I think was named Debra Fox.Not sure about the name.Anyway ,she was mature, classy, very pretty,obviously intelligent, and just a real peach.Her husband stated that she was a great hunting partner and you could tell he was proud of her on many levels.

She was a great ambassador for hunting ,bowhunting in particular.
