Gentlemen,

Whenever we go hunting, we always look forward to Walter doing a roast. He always insists that I shoot either a duiker or an impala "in the neck or head ONLY! I don't want the meat damaged!"

I shot him an impala in the neck, and he was very happy to roast it for us.

Walter made the spit from an old windmill parts! You can see him here basting it with his very special - he won't tell what he puts in it - recipe.
