BrettAKSCIBig Topi
All,
My cousin shot an exceptional (I think?) topi in October of 2007 while hunting Tanzania. The trophies came to the taxidermist a few months back and our taxidermist is an official SCI scorer. He took the liberty of scoring it and mentioned it to my cousin on the phone tonight. My cousin called me to find out if I had a record book. I don't, but said I'd post here to find out from someone who does. The topi scored 51 and 4/8". How well does that score? I'll try to figure out how to post a picture. Thanks.

Indeed. He was wondering how it faired as far as topi that have been shot in recent history. Thanks for the response. Any other hunter or PHs out there who may know how big or not this is? Still working on posting pictures.
