RE: 10 DAY HUNTS LICENSES/PERMITS IN ZAMBIA
FROM LAURA DU PLOOY/ MUCHINGA ADVENTURES VIA ADAM CLEMENTS

Okay the story for the 10-day buff hunts in Zambia is the same as it always has been. There is and never has been any 10-day license in Zambia. When a 10-day hunt is booked like what we book with du-plooy it is booked as 10-days of hunting but it is actually TWO mini safari licenses. A 7-day mini license and a 3-day mini license which is purchased in order to book a 10-day hunt. So, there never has been any 10-day license and has all been done with 2 mini license in order to do a 10-day hunt for those who want more days than just 7.

So, does that mean that a hunter could book a 3 day buffalo hunt if he found a willing outfitter? If so, what other animals are on the 3 day license?

SBT,

Let me try to answer your question this way. I don't think you and 30-06 will be able to find a split the bag ele and lion hunt on a 3 day license. Usually if you look hard enough there will be someone that says that they can provide anything but in this case I don't think it will happen.
