I have asked for more details but I wondered if any others have hunted there?

While it in no way is a reflection on anyone that you may be dealing with. I always view any hunts offered through Private Message only, i.e. not posted on the advertising forum, to be suspicious until proven real through having chatted with actual live references.
The safari industry just like any other where money is available has been used by scammers to take money from trusting hunters trying to fulfill their African dream.
