The Congo is primordial, even by African standards. What is that old quote from Col Hoare's "Congo Mercenary"? Something like (standing on the riverbank) Sooner of later, the corpses of all the government ministers will be seen floating by. Kabila's old man was skulking on the periphery back in Hoare's day, and Jr's not going anywhere.
