14% VAT applies plus $240 road transfer JIA to Mkuze.

I recently returned from RSA were I hunted 5 days of my trip at Mkuze. This is a large and very wild property by South African standards with both black and white rhino plus elephant present.

Nyala are abundant and thrive in the heavy cover on Mkuze. A 27"-29" nyala should be fairly easy with good shooting. I was looking for 30" or better and did find one that I promptly missed. Shot right over its back on a perfectly makeable shot. The big boys are there and if you want a big one this is the place and has always been their natural habitat.

The Parks provide a comfortable tent camp and Garry caters the hunt with excellent food and wine.

~$4500 for an Nyala, pretty darn good deal, especially if one can take advantage of the "SAA special fare" of $875 per the thread below. Very good reports on The Hunting Report too (search via keyword "Mkuze").
