If nothing else, give it to your PH...

DCS MemberCongratulations. Keep up hope the ban will be overturned and you can get yours back. I'm afraid many tusks might "disappear," though.

AilsaWheelsWOW!!!!
I never thought I would hear of a 150 pounder being shot again.
Where has it been hiding the last 15-20 years?
The most amazing trophy taken this millennium?
Will ivory this size ever be taken again?
Congratulations to all involved. A dream fulfilled!

ManuelMSir congratulations that is an elephant of several life times!
I agree you should find a museum or something were they can be exhibited for many generations to appreciate in the case you can't bring them back home
Again, my sincere congratulations!

tendramsFirst....STUNNING trophy! Congratulations!
Second, am I reading this correctly in that the restriction on export was from the Zim side or are we just talking about the US import ban being the problem?
08 October 2014, 15:33
sjbNow that is a proper Bull. Congrats to all involved.
As most of the great Tuskers are known will be very interesting to hear of any and all theories of where this great Bull has spent his life..

Chris LozanoOutstanding tusker.
08 October 2014, 16:20
HBHStunning!! So very fitting that the bull was taken by hunters that have done so much for those areas and people.
08 October 2014, 16:22
Bama15Those are stunning, when I first saw them I thought it was a gag. Please give measurements. Praise the Lord he was not taken by poachers!
08 October 2014, 16:28
OrvarSimply amazing. Congrats Kim, Buzz and CMS. WOW!
08 October 2014, 16:36
Bill CAfter more than two decades of hunting elephant the old fashioned way, on foot and up close, Buzz deserves a bull like that.
Great picture Kim, nice work!

ozhunterWhat a great trophy. So unlikely to see another like that again due to the rampant poaching. If only all elephant areas had the same anti poaching as places like Dande safari area.

shakariGotta say that if they were mine, I'd be looking at ways to ship them to somewhere like Europe or elsewhere where there isn't an import ban because there's no way on God's earth, I'd be happy with leaving them in Africa and most certainly not leaving them with the Zim Govt.
