Are camouflage or marbled stock patterns a legal problem in any African country ?

Probably not a good idea, I wouldn't want to give some game dept. official a half assed reason to steal my rifle under a confiscation law, not likly but it could happen.why risk it. You will get some funny results from wearing camo in some countries, especially if one of them takes a liking to your clothes..

Better to not take the chance, cause it just gives our good friends on the Dark Continent another excuse to rewrite their regulations or to put into place another prohibition.

FWIW: I have taken camo rifles to Zim, Zambia and Namibia and the customs/police never even blinked.
