SaeedGanyana was visiting us, and took some of our Walterhog bullets with him to see how they perform.
These are the normal ones with a hollow point, so it would be very interesting to see how they performed on elephants.

RIPGreat! The Walterhog is going into worldwide distribution! These bullets are superbly accurate and lethal.
I'd like to place an order for .395-caliber/340-grain Walterhogs, ASAP please.

BigFiveJackAre there non-expanding and expanding WALTERHOG bullets?
Are they of the "driving band" design?
Are they flat at the tip?
Can we see some from various angles?

prof242Please add me to the order list for .340 grain, .395 bullets. I could also use some 300 grainers just for elk.

RIPMax,
I like that idea. 230-grainers, 300-grainers, 340-grainers, and 400-grainers.
Bubba Gump's .395's.

What the heck, let's plan on doing them all. Gotta have the 230-grainers to recreate
400 Nitro for Blackpowder 3" classic loads:
47 grains Cordite: 1.19 x 47 = 55.93 grains of RL-15
That is the light load charge for the 400/.395 Nitro Express and 230-grainers downloaded to 400NFBP3". Don't forget the filler.
