They have detailed topos of ZIM. I tried to order one last year before we went and it wasn't in stock. When we got to Zim, the PH was using the map that I tried to order.

The best overall map I have found is the Road Atlas - Southern and East Africa (1st Editon) published by MapStudio. Has plenty of detail, but also covers Tanzania all the way to South Africa. A great overall reference.
