dogcatPeter Flack is writing again!
I got to meet one of my heroes in Dallas recently, Peter Flack. He is my favorite writer and I devour his books.
He is starting a series of books on the spiral horned antelope. His first book is out -
"Hunting the Spiral Horns - KUDU - The Top African Antelope". I wrote a review in the Books forum if you are interested.
The second one is out as well on Eland. I am just starting it.
These are fantastic books and you will love them!

GunsCoreI just picked up a copy of his "Hunting Icons" book at SCI and it is superb. I enjoyed Kudu very much and have the Eland book which is next on my list after Icons. He writes with refreshing honesty and the perspective of a crusty old hunting veteran. I am jealous of all of his adventures over the African continent.

Peter Flack is far more than a writer.
You can buy his books at his webpage
HERE ... as well as his documentary
The South African Conservation Success Story.
... which reminds me; I could probably schedule a University viewing of his documentary, but I'd need to get a look at it first, so if anyone here in the US could loan me a copy, I'd appreciate it. (I'll pay postage.)

ndorobo1If you like his books try these titles. Heart of a african hunter and Tales of a trophy hunter in africa. Both are very good reads.
