It's from the recent (members only) A-R Political Forum 1st Annual Picnic.

To have been invited you must post at least 10 times a week on the Political Forum and not to have gone hunting or fired a gun anytime in the last five years. Ten years gun or hunt free and you got a onesie.

I didn't get invited either.

I wonder what could possibly motivate grown (over grown) men to appear like that let alone allow someone to photograph such a gathering for posterity. If it is some kind of initiation or some kind of punishment it might make sense.

The only possible alternative explanation would be that the bathing suits were designed by the same people who designed the U.S. Olympic team hats.
