I received one of the complementary copies of Sports Afield (Jan-Feb) and was stunned by the upgrade to this mag. I haven't picked up a copy in years, but the look and heavy Africa content is really great.
Now before I subscribe, what's the opinion on the track record of the "new" magazine? Especially on it's prior African DG content?

K EvansIf you are at DSC, Diana will be in the Sports Afield cabin located inside the front of the convention hall, I'm sure she and Ludo would like to hear your compliments.

OldHandgunHunterI was similarly impressed -- think that I'll subscribe and continue to enjoy it -- they've done a very nice job with the new format!

tx308I enjoy the magezine. I like the african aspect of it but they also have a lot of realy different hunt stories in the magezine.

scojacFor months now, I've been reading your comments about how good Sports Afield has become. I subscribed years ago and dropped it when it became a yuppie rag not worth a look. After reading your comments here on AR I would look for the magazine on the stands but nobody carries it around here anymore. I finally decided last week to go ahead and subscribe online. I hope my subscription starts with the current issue. Thanks for the heads up on this.

AnjinI signed up to follow it online, since it is not very convenient to get magazines here. I do not get it all, but the email and reports show a completely fine editorial approach.
